We have undertaken the following steps to comply with the above regulations which came into effect on the 25th May 2018.

==> Updated our website to WordPress 4.9.6 or higher to take advantage of the additional privacy settings within the WordPress core.

This ensures compliance in the following areas:

By default WordPress stores a user cookie to enable quicker commenting on websites they have previously visited. Now there is a prominent optin box included in the comments form.Action – automatic.

==> 2.  Data export & Erase:

All WordPress sites now have the ability to Export all collected personal data on request or equally delete all user stored data from the data base.

==> 3. Display a Privacy policy on your website. Our privacy policy can be reached by clicking here. 

==> 4. We have identified the tracking cookies our website uses to both function & enhance our visitors experience. They can be found listed within our privacy policy.

==> 5. We have provided instructions on how our customers & visitors can disable or delete cookies in their browser. We have provided links to the most popular browsers.

==> 6. We have added a cookie notice, which displays on the first page any of our visitors reach.
